Farmers Stage dharna at DC office against Fake Milk
Hundreds of farmers under the banner of Kisan Mazdoor Sangharsh Committee, Punjab, started a two-day dharna against fake milk in front of the office of the Deputy Commissioner in Amritsar on Monday. The protestors also demanded remunerative prices for their produce.

The protesters raised slogans against Captain Amarinder led state government and Narendra Modi led government. They alleged that the promises made to the public during the election campaign had not been fulfilled till now. The protestors want the state government to fulfil their demands.

According to media reports, the protestors warned the authorities that if their demands were not accepted, they would intensify their struggle.
