Jaggi Johal in NIA custody till December 22
The formal custody of Scottish citizen Jagtar Singh (jaggi Jahal) has been taken by NIA today. A Mohali court sent him to NIA custody for three days in the murder case of Hindu leader Khanna Durga Dass. NIA team sought the police remand for 14 days but the special court of Judge Anshul Beri sent Jaggi Johal on NIA remand till December 22. Jaspal Singh Manjhpu ,lawyer for Jaggi , opposed the NIA request stating that he was already in police remand since November 4, 2017 . -PTC News
