Jalalabad IED blast case: NIA conducts searches at multiple locations in Punjab
According to an NIA official, the case is related to an explosion that occurred on a Bajaj Platina bike near the Punjab National Bank in Jalalabad city's Fazilka area.
The NIA officials had revealed that the accused had been in touch with Pakistan-based terrorists and smugglers and were tasked with executing the conspiracy and carrying out terrorist attacks using arms and explosives.

Digital devices (such as mobile phones, SIM cards, memory cards, and DVRs), ammunition, and other incriminating documents and materials were confiscated during the searches, according to the NIA, which also noted that further investigation into the matter is underway.
