Jalandhar: Man kills self a day after setting family on fire
Jalandhar, October 19: A day after killing his family by setting them ablaze, the Jalandhar man has killed himself, police sources informed on Wednesday.
As per the information, accused Kali Singh, who was a drug addict, ended life by hanging himself.
Kali killed his wife, two children, father-in-law, and mother-in-law on Tuesday by spraying petrol in the room with a pump while they were all sleeping and setting the house ablaze in the early hours. He also locked the room's door from the outside so they couldn't escape.
The tragedy occurred in Mehatpur's Bitlan village. Accused Kali Singh was on the run, and police were conducting raids to apprehend him.
