Jalandhar's BJP legal cell member held for forgery
The Amritsar police arrested advocate Lakhan Gandhi, president of the BJP Jalandhar legal cell, on late September 12 evening for his alleged involvement in a forgery case.
Advocate Lakhan Gandhi, president of the BJP's Jalandhar legal cell, has been accused of forging documents to secure bail in the rape case.

Lakhan Gandhi has been arrested by the police of Amritsar Police Station B Division. The Station House Officer confirmed the arrest of the BJP leader.

According to information, a case was registered against Lakhan under section 376-D in Amritsar.
In this case, the forged documents were produced to get the bail of the accused.
Following the investigation, a case was registered against Advocate Lakhan Gandhi, Principal of BJP Legal Cell, Jalandhar under various sections of fraud.
It has been reported that advocate Lakhan Gandhi, the accused named in the case late in the evening. He has been arrested by the Amritsar B Division police.
