CBSE date sheet 2024 out: The date sheet for the Senior School Certificate Examination 2024 has been released by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). The exams will begin on February 15, 2024, and will cover subjects ranging from entrepreneurship to Capital Market Operation. The schedule includes subjects such as biotechnology, dance forms, Hindi, English, and others.
The exams will begin at 10:30 a.m. (1ST), providing a standardized start time for all exams.
Exams for Class 10 will begin on February 19, 2024, with Sanskrit, followed by Hindi on February 21, 2024. The English exam will be held on February 26, 2024, and the Science exam will be held on March 2, 2024. Home Science is scheduled for March 4, 2024, with Social Science following on March 7, 2024. Mathematics on March 11, 2024 and Information Technology on March 13, 2024 are the final two exams.

CBSE ensured ample time gaps between subjects typically offered by students in both classes when making the schedule. When preparing the Class XII date sheet, the board also considered competitive exams such as JEE Main.
Avoiding over 40,000 subject combinations was a critical aspect of the planning. This measure ensures that a student's examinations for two subjects do not fall on the same date, reducing scheduling conflicts.
The exams will be held until April 2, 2024, and will cover a wide range of subjects important to students in classes 12 and 10.
