MP of Surrey, British Columbia Pays obeisance At Sri Darbar Sahib
Member of Parliament for Surrey-Newton, Sukh Dhaliwal today (January 8) paid obeisance at sanctum sanctorum, Sri Harmandir Sahib.

SGPC Secretary, Dr Roop Singh welcomed him. He was honoured with a Siropa (robe of honour), a model of Sri Harmandir Sahib and a set of religious books by the SGPC members at Information Office of the holiest Sikh shrine Sri Harmandir Sahib. A Siropa was placed around the neck which is worn on the head as dastaar.

Sukh Dhaliwal told the media that on the occasion of the 550th Prakash Purab of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji, a special program would be organized to make the occasion memorable.
