Kaps Cafe shooting: Shooters Sharry, Diljot behind multiple attacks identified, duo linked to Bishnoi gang
PTC News Desk: The mastermind and shooters behind multiple attacks on Kapil Sharma's Kaps Cafe in Canada have been identified. The two gunmen Sharry and Diljot Rehal, of Punjabi origin are now amongst the most wanted gangsters in the country.
Kap's Cafe, which opened in Surrey, British Columbia, came under attack on July 10 just days after its launch. Two more shootings followed -- one on August 7 and another on October 16. The Lawrence Bishnoi gang claimed responsibility for the attacks.
Both the gangsters are believed to be linked to Lawrence Bishnoi gang.
Authorities have also identified the alleged mastermind, Seepu, who orchestrated the attacks and directed Sharry and Diljot to target Kapil Sharma's Cafe. Punjab native Bandhu Man Singh was arrested in Ludhiana after returning from Canada on August 23. During questioning, he revealed critical details about the gang’s operations.
Singh reportedly supplied weapons and vehicles to Sharry and Diljot on the instructions of gangsters Sonu (Rajesh Khatri) and Goldy Dhillon. The firearms used in the three shootings were provided through this network.
The investigation into the case remains ongoing, with police in Canada and India continuing their hunt to nab Sharry, Diljot Rehal, and Seepu.
