Chandigarh, May 24: PTC Network MD Rabindra Narayan was released from the Patiala Central Jail on Tuesday. He was granted bail by the Punjab and Haryana High Court in the alleged sexual harassment case on Monday.

He again made it clear that PTC Network had no association with Nancy Ghumman. Rabindra Narayan said since the matter was in the court now, let the law decide what the truth was. He was accorded a warm welcome by PTC staff.
In his order, Justice Vivek Puri said there was nothing at the current stage to indicate that the complainant or any other contestants were administered any stupefying, intoxicant or unwholesome drug with an intention to commit any offence.
Fixing the case for July 11, Justice Puri said petitioners Nancy Ghuman, Bhupinderjeet Singh, Lakshman Kumar and Niharika Sharma would also be released on bail to the satisfaction of the arresting/investigating officer in the event of arrest.
The order would be subject their joining the investigation, make themselves available for interrogation as and when required and comply with the other bail provisions of Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Justice Puri also said there were undisputedly 24 contestants, including the complainant. The event continued even after the FIR registration and it concluded without further hurdle.
Meanwhile, Rabindra Narayan paid obeisance at Gurdwara Dukhniwarn Sahab after the release.
