PUBG Mobile India Launch: Sad news for gamers, launch not possible before March 2021
PUBG Mobile India Launch: The launch of PUBG Mobile in India, which was banned back in September by the government along with 118 Chinese apps, is going to get delayed.
According to the report, the PUBG Mobile India launch will not happen before March 2021. Reportedly, PUBG tried to create a base for a launch around the year-end something went wrong.

PUBG Mobile Corporation was trying to have a meeting with the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology for the last four weeks but there was no progress into the matter.
However, the meeting might not be granted due to the protocols of the government of India regarding this matter.
The government has banned the operations of Chinese app in the country. According to the statement, the Government will not treat anyone differently.

With this, the report stated that this was a clear message that PUBG will also not get any special status. The other reason behind the delay of the launch is that there was still a lot of anti-China sentiment in the country.
When 118 Chinese apps, including PUBG, were banned, the reason was given was that these apps compromise national security.
According to some reports, PUBG Mobile India was different from the global version as there are changes in the gameplay for the Indian market. Apparently, the developers revealed that there will not be too much bloodshed shown while the dresses and characters will be according to Indian sensibilities.
