All schools, colleges and government offices to remain shut in Punjab on September 22
PTC News Desk: A public holiday has been declared across the Punjab on September 22 on the occasion of Maharaja Agrasen Jayanti. All the schools, colleges and government offices will remain shut.
According to the holiday calendar issued by the state government, a holiday has been declared.
Maharaja Agrasen is known for spreading the message of unity amongst people ad to commemorate the same, the devotees celebrate this day by distributing free food and medicines.
