Punjab Governor Banwarilal Purohit to visit border districts on June 7, 8
Chandigarh, June 7: Governor Banwarilal Purohit is set to visit the border districts, beginning Wednesday (June 7). This will be his fourth tour to the border area in the last year.
The visit is believed to be scheduled to check coordination between security and intelligence agencies, as well as to get feedback from people about problems they are experiencing.
The Punjab Governor will be visiting Pathankot, Gurdaspur, Amritsar, Tarn Taran, Fazilka and Ferozepur on June 7 and 8.
