Firozpur division has taken the initiative to draft a proposal and has already submitted it to Baroda House. However, it's confirmed that preparations are in motion to bring the Vande Bharat Express to Amritsar in the near future.Proposed stops for Vande Bharat ExpressAccording to a letter sent by Firozpur Division on a recent Friday, the Vande Bharat Express is scheduled to depart from Amritsar at 7:55 am. It will make a stop at Ludhiana at 9:30 am, departing at 9:32 am, and reaching Sahnewal at 9:55 am. Subsequently, the train will reach Ambala at 10:48 am, with a brief two-minute halt, before concluding its journey at New Delhi at 1:05 am.
