Punjab CM Channi's son gets married; Navjot Sidhu gives event a miss
Punjab Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi’s son Navjit Singh got married at Sacha Dhan Gurdwara in Mohali on Sunday (October 10). The event was attended by several Congress ministers, MPs and MLAs. However, Punjab Congress chief Navjot Singh Sidhu was conspicuous by his absence.

Punjab Governor Banwarilal Purohit, in-charge of Congress affairs in Punjab Harish Rawat and Punjab Finance Minister Manpreet Badal were present. Akal Takht Jathedar Giani Harpreet Singh also attended the wedding.
According to information, Navjot Singh Sidhu flew to Jammu from Lucknow to visit Vaishno Devi. He was accompanied by Vijay Inder Singla and Dr Raj Kumar Chabbewal.
