Punjab: Drone spotted near India-Pakistan border in Ajnala
The Border Security Force (BSF) on Monday opened fire on a suspected Pakistani drone near the India-Pakistan border in Punjab's Ajnala.
The drone was spotted by the BSF personnel near the India-Pakistan border in Ajnala. The border guards opened fire to bring it down after which the suspected drone then returned to the Pakistani side.

According to information, the troops of the BSF 183 Battalion noticed a movement of the drone at night.

Later, the movement of the drone was seen again after which the BSF jawans immediately fired 21 rounds and the drone returned towards the Pakistan side.
Meanwhile, the agencies are searching the area to see if any shipments have reached the Indian side by drone.
Earlier on December 1, the BSF had spotted a drone near the India-Pakistan border in Ajnala, Punjab. The drone activity near the India-Pak border is increasing. Recently,4 kg heroin was recovered near the international border in Jalandhar.
