Satinder Satti launches initiative ‘Maharani- The Queen’ on International Women’s Day

As the whole world celebrated International Women’s Day on Monday, the Punjabi actress Satinder Satti came up with an initiative ‘Maharani- The Queen’ and released a short video including mouthpieces of renowned women to inspire and motivate section of females in the country. With the duration of over two minutes, the video was released on Satinder Satti’s official Youtube channel featuring female personalities like, Member of Parliament, Canada, Ruby Sahota, olympian and Arjun Awardee winner, Avneet Kaur Sidhu, Managing Editor of Rozana Spokesman, Nimrat Kaur, Creative Director & Owner of Dhaggey Creations, Nimrat Kahlon, veteran Punjabi actress Nirmal Rishi, Bibi Daler Kaur Khalsa of Dhadi Jatha and Barrister Solicitor Canada and founder of Canadian Law Tutor, Gul Virk. The video shows how these renowned female personalities working in different sectors and industry came together and motivated girls through the digital platforms to mark the International Women’s Day. Sharing about ‘Maharani- The Queen’ initiative, Satinder Satti said, “Every year Women’s Day brings with it – A promise. A promise to honor, support and make women’s lives better. Come the D day, and one can’t but feel overwhelmed with all the fuss around this day."
