SIT arrests Punjab Police IGP Paramjaj Singh Umranangal in Bargari firing case The Special Investigation Team (SIT) today (February 18) arrested Punjab Police IGP Paramjaj Singh Umranangal in Behbal Kalan and Bargari firing case. According to the media sources, he was arrested from Chandigarh.
