Three militants including Pulwama terror attack mastermind killed in Tral encounter
Three militants including Pulwama terror attack mastermind killed in an encounter in Pinglish in the Tral area of Pulwama district in Jammu & Kashmir on Sunday. Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) terrorist Mudasir Ahmed Khan alias 'Mohd Bhai' was killed in the encounter that continued past midnight.

According to media reports, the family of Mudasir Ahmed Khan has claimed his body. The family lives in Awantipora thana. The body of one of the militants was said to be beyond reorganization. The Army is struggling to identify the third terrorist.

Based on the intelligence reports, the security forces launched a search operation in Pinglish. The search operation turned into an encounter after the militants opened fire at the forces who retaliated strongly.
