Bathinda, February 25: In yet another incident, Bathinda's Central Jail is in the headlines again. After a clash on Saturday morning in the prison, a gangster was injured, he was immediately admitted to the hospital by the staff for treatment. The gangster is identified as Rajveer Singh, a resident of Gurdaspur, and he was attacked and injured by his associates in the barracks.There were severe injuries on Rajveer’s head, after the incident the staff from the prison took him to the Civil Hospital. He was then undergoing treatment. Gangster Rajveer is said to be the cousin of gangster Rinda, who is based abroad.Also Read: Assets worth Rs 305 crore attached by ED for Joy Alukkas Verghese on hawala chargesWhen investigation was carried, it was discovered that when he was sitting in his barrack with his colleagues Shubham, Gurmakh Singh and Jagroshan Singh, the four then had an argument over something. After which the brawl too place and led to a huge fight. The injured then said that three or four people attacked him after a minor argument. He said that Shubham, Gurmakh and Jagroshan Singh attacked him with something. Due to which he got injuries on his head.
