Woman drives car on railway tracks, train services disrupted for 45 minutes | Watch
PTC News Desk: In a shocking video, a woman drove her car along the railway tracks between Kondakal Railway Gate and Shankarpalli in Telangana early on Thursday morning causing massive disruption in train services on the route.
According to railway officials, the woman was seen driving the car directly on the tracks from Shankarpalli towards Hyderabad. Despite efforts by railway personnel to stop her, she continued at high speed, prompting officials to halt an oncoming train as a precautionary measure.

The incident cause considerable delays and divergence of trains that were slated to arrive with trains arriving from Bengaluru to Hyderabad among those affected. The services were affected for approximately 45 minutes.
Local police also arrived on the spot and the woman was taken into the custody and her vehicle was seized. Preliminary findings indicate that she may have been under the influence of alcohol. A comprehensive investigation into the incident is underway.
