High court stays arrest of Dyal Singh Kolianwali
Vigilance case: High court provided relief to Akali leader Dayal Singh Kolianwali Punjab and Haryana High court on Thursday gives relief to Akali leader Dayal Singh Kolianwali, and stayed his arrest till August 7, 2018 in the Vigilance case registered against him. Punjab Vigilance had booked Dyal Singh Kolianwali in a case of corruption arising out of disproportionate income to assets. The allegations are that Kolianwali had income disproportionate to his assets. -PTC News
