Chandigarh Police Gets Two -Days Remand Of Gangster Dilpreet Baba Chandigarh Police gets two-days remand of Notorious Gangster Dilpreet Baba, who is listed as an accused in several killings and for making extortion calls to Punjabi singers and actors. The next hearing will be on 15 July, 2018, as per the official information. Security was beefed up outside the District court as Dilpreet was taken to the court from PGI, Chandigarh in an ambulance. Two CCTV cameras had been fixed inside the room and gallery at PGIMER where Dilpreet is admitted, police said. Only staff attending on him are allowed in after a check. Dilpreet is bedridden and could take up to six weeks to recover. Images of Gangster Dilpreet Baba and girlfriend have been taking rounds on the internet ever since he was arrested after an encounter with the Chandigarh Crime Branch on Monday. A joint team of crime wing and intelligence wing of Punjab Police and Chandigarh Police apprehended Dilpreet Singh Dhahan alias Baba on the backside of Sector-43 bus stand of Chandigarh, who was travelling in a Maruti Swift Dzire car registered in Haryana. -PTC News
