CPS Suresh Kumar Case: High Court stayed the single Bench order. The Double bench of Punjab and Haryana High Court has stayed the single Bench order quashing the appointment of Suresh Kumar as Chief Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh.
The next hearing will be on April 17, 2018, as adjoined by Justice Mr Mahesh Grover and Justice Rajveer Sherawat.
Punjab Government challenged the single bench order.
Former Union Finance Minister P. Chidambram represented the state of Punjab.
