Alia Bhatt invests in real estate: Know the cost of Alia Bhatt's new Pali Hill apartment
Alia Bhatt's time to invest in real estate: Bollywood diva Alia Bhatt has been recently seen investing in real estate. As per the reports, Alia Bhatt has purchased a premium residential flat in Mumbai's Bandra's affluent Pali Hill neighbourhood.
The first flat is spread across 2,497 sq ft and reportedly, Alia has paid Rs 37.80 crore for the apartment which is bought by her production house in Bandra West.

She also reportedly paid a stamp duty of Rs 2.26 crore and the sale agreement is registered for April 10, 2023.
As per the sources, ‘Brahmastra’ actor who currently resides with her husband Ranbir Kapoor in his Pali Hill apartment will be soon moving to their new eight-storey dream home named Krishna Raj Bungalow
Besides this, Alia Bhatt made another hefty investment in property for her sister Shaheen.
Bollywood star gifted two apartments, worth Rs 7.68 crore, in Mumbai to her sister on April 10 via a Prize Certificate. The gifted apartment spreads across 2,086.75 sq ft in Gigi Apartments, located in Juhu, for which she paid a stamp duty of Rs 30.75 lakh
Meanwhile, on the work front, Alia Bhatt will be next seen in Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani with Ranveer Singh. She was seen in Brahmāstra: Part One – Shiva alongside her husband Ranbir Kapoor. In 2022, she was also seen in Gangubai Kathiawadi and Darlings.
