SAD to contest Haryana Elections on 'people's demand', Sukhbir Singh Badal
Shiromani Akali Dal will contest the forthcoming Haryana Elections forthcoming assembly elections on its symbol confirmed Sukhbir Singh Badal as he Observers for all districts in Haryana to mobilize its cadre for the elections.
'On the persistent demand of Haryana’s people, Shiromani Akali Dal has decided to contest the forthcoming Haryana Elections on the maximum number of seats on its own party symbol,' Sukhbir Singh Badal announced on Tuesday.
We have also appointed observers for all districts with an aim to mobilize party cadre in Haryana. While Rajya Sabha member S. Balwinder Singh Bhundur has been appointed as party in-charge for Haryana, the party has unanimously re-given the responsibility of heading the state unit to S Sharanjit Singh Sotha,' Sukhbir Singh Badal said.
The Good Governance model given to Punjab by Shiromani Akali Dal, and Now being followed by many states, will be introduced in Haryana too, he added.
