65-yr-old man found dead in Jammu & Kashmir A 65-year-old man was found dead on Wednesday on the side of Pathankot Highway in Jammu & Kashmir. The deceased has been identified as Ghulam Ali Bhat a resident of Bhadarwah. He was a former block development officer. Ghulam Ali Bhat was currently living in Bhatindi area of Jammu and was reported missing by his family on Tuesday evening.
