Punjab Assembly Elections 2022: Indian politician Balwinder Singh Dhaliwal is a member of the Indian National Congress (INC) and an MLA from Phagwara.
He was born on November 29, 1961, in Ludhiana, Punjab. Phagwara MLA Balwinder Singh Dhaliwal is the son of Lt. S. Mukhtiar Singh.
For the first time in October 2019, he was elected to the Punjab Vidhan Sabha in By-Election. He has a keen interest in Sports, especially Cricket and various poverty alleviation programmes of the Government for the welfare of the poorest of the poor.
