Punjab Assembly elections 2022: Tarsem Singh DC was elected to the Punjab Vidhan Sabha for the first time in 2017 from Attari. He is the member of Indian National Congress. He will contest the upcoming Punjab Assembly Elections 2022 from Attari Constituency. Earlier, he served as Commissioner, Income-Tax under the Governemnt of India, and Member of Privilege Committee of Punjab Vidhan Sabha. He had also given his services as Member High Powered Committee on atrocities against SCs and STs; Member Monitoring Committee of Lok Sabha Elections and Member of Committee on Welfare of SCs, STs & BCs and Privilege Committee of Punjab Vidhan Sabha for the year (2018-19).
