International Yoga Day 2019: Prime Minister Narendra Modi along with nation celebrated the International Day of Yoga 2019. PM Narendra Modi celebrated Yoga Day 2019 at Prabhat Tara Ground in Ranchi. PM Modi before performing Yoga, addressed the people and wished them on the International Yoga Day 2019. Meanwhile, PM discussed the importance of Yoga and said it has always been an important part of our culture. Likewise, Prime Minister Narendra Modi greeted the nation and people across the world who are together to celebrate International Yoga Day 2019.

Meanwhile, President Ram Nath Kovind addressed the nation from Rashtrapati Bhavan in Delhi on celebrating International Yoga Day 2019, since 2015. He said and I quote, "I'm happy that like previous yrs, this yr so we're celebrating Yoga Day here. It's not just an event, it's a way to make yoga an integral part of our life". Likewise, Union Minister Rajnath Singh along with Prakash Javadekar also participated in International Yoga Day 2019 at Rajpath in Delhi. Also, Indian Navy personnel were seen performing Yoga on Submarine INS Sindhudhvaj.

Not only ministers and politicians but Indo-Tibetan Border Police personnel were seen performing Yoga at an altitude of 18000 feet in Northen Ladakh in minus 20 degrees Celcius temperature. Likewise, ITBP personnel of 26th BN, French Embassy in Delhi, Bollywood stars, brave Indian Army personnel, troops of Assam Rifles, CRPF, Police, and civilians performed on the occasion of International Yoga Day 2019.
