Three children among five killed in road accident in Rajasthan's Churu

Sadulpur (Rajasthan), April 2: At least five people, including three children, were killed in a road accident where a pickup truck collided with a truck, in Rajasthan's Churu.

According to police, the incident occurred at 01:00 AM on Sunday near the village Ratanpur, which is located near National Highway 52 in Churu District. Vimala (63), Krishna (60), Saraswati (5), Ankit (8), and Anjali (5) were members of the same family and residents of Sahara Village, Hisar. Victims were coming home after visiting Salasar, officials said.

Police arrived on the scene and took the injured to the hospital.

"Deceased and injured were taken to Hospital in 108 ambulances. And 3 severely injured were referred to Hisar", an official said.
