UP shocker: Man chops off mother's head for refusing to transfer land

PTC News Desk: A man allegedly decapitated his mother in a UP village on Saturday after becoming enraged by his mother's refusal to transfer a land parcel to his name, according to police.

The incident occurred in Mejapur village of Uttar Pradesh, which is under the jurisdiction of the Taalgaon police station, they added.

Dinesh Pasi (35) allegedly murdered his mother Kamla Devi (65) by chopping off her head with a farming blade, according to Sitapur SP Chakresh Mishra.

The headless body found outside their home has been sent for a post-mortem, he said, adding that the accused is still missing.
