Chandigarh bomb threat: DC office, PU Student Centre receive bomb threat emails, probe underway

PTC News Desk: In a series of threatening emails targeting key institutions across Punjab, another bomb threat has been issued to the DC Office and Panjab University Student Centre threatening to blow them up.
The bomb threat was received via call prompting immediate security response.
Soon after receiving the information, several police teams along with bomb disposal squad reache dthe spot and launched the search operation. Security was significantly heightened across both the key locations
Security officials cordoned off the area and are working in close coordination with the cyber cell to trace the source of the email.
