Punjab LPG crisis: Man dies of cardiac arrest while standing in queue outside gas station in Barnala

He had been trying to obtain a cylinder for last two-three days and was standing in the queue outside the gas agency since morning.

PTC News Desk: A 66-year-old man allegedly died of cardiac arrest while he was standing in a queue outside gas station on Friday morning.


The deceased has been identified as Bhushan Kumar Mittal, a resident of Sehna village.


According to the information, he had been trying to obtain a cylinder for last two-three days and was standing in the queue outside the gas agency since morning. 


He was standing in the queue when he suddenly collapsed and was immediately rushed to the hospital where he was declared brought dead. 


Reportedly, the deceased's wife is also suffering from a serious ailment.
