Punjabs Jujhar Singh becomes first Sikh winner of Power Slap Championship held in Abu Dhabi

PTC News Desk: Jujhar Singh from Chamkaur Sahib in Punjab’s Ropar district has become the first Sikh champion at the Power Slap competition held in Abu Dhabi. The event took place on October 24, where Jujhar defeated his opponent, Antli Glushka, with a powerful slap.
Jujhar shared a video of the competition on his Facebook page, in which he is seen dancing and celebrating his victory. After winning, he proudly said, “I’m the winner.”
He shared a heartfelt post and wrote:
“Today my dream has come true. I have now become the first Indian Power Slap champion.”
During the competition held in Dubai on October 24, Jujhar shook his Russian opponent in the third round with a single slap. Before the match began, a toss was held between Jujhar and Glushka. Glushka won the toss and delivered the first slap, causing Jujhar to take a step back. When Jujhar responded with his slap, Glushka remained unfazed. In the first round, Jujhar scored 9 points, while Glushka received 10.
In the second round, Glushka’s slap struck Jujhar’s eye, resulting in an injury and being counted as a foul. In the third round, Glushka slapped Jujhar again, but this time Jujhar didn’t move, earning him 10 points. Finally, in the last slap of the third round, Jujhar’s powerful hit badly shook Glushka, securing him a total of 29 points against Glushka’s 27.
