Amritsar, December 26: Public administration authorities have miserably failed to guard vicinity of Holy city Amritsar as prostitution business continues to develop near the holiest Sikh Shrine Golden Temple. In the latest viral video doing rounds on social media, a hotel agent can be seen trying hard to ‘provide women’ to the man after he turns down his hotel booking offer.

Incident occurred when a YouTube vlogger, who goes by the name The Umar was trying to capture his Amritsar trip on the camera. Reportedly, an agent walked up to him offering hotel room booking but when the vlogger refused to take one, stating that he already has taken a room somewhere else, agent asked him if he wants ‘women’.

Hearing his offer vlogger turns down him down saying “Astagfirrullah”.

This is video has upset a lot people on and off social media. Netizens have requested Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and Police to look into this matter to curb such activities in the city.

Meanwhile,ADCP Amandeep Kaur, who is checking the hotels, said that the matter is in her attention and will be investigated thoroughouly. Amandeep Kaur said that the first cases of this kind have also come from here, on which the police are also taking action.
