April 8 is observed as the birthday of Sri Guru Nabha Dass Ji. The day is usually a restricted holiday.
Guru Nabha Dass Ji was born on April 8, 1537, in Bhadrachalam village, located on the banks of river Godavari in Andhra Pradesh's Khammam.
Nabha Das had also written the life history of almost every saint ranging from the Satyug to the Kalyug era.
