Amid snowfall in Srinagar, all flight operations of Indigo Airlines to and from Srinagar for Friday have been suspended for Friday, because the runway is not available.

Snow-clearance operations are underway in the city. Other places like Rajouri and Batote also received fresh snowfall.

Indigo Airline said in a tweet; "#6ETravelAdvisory: Due to runway unavailability at Srinagar airport, all flight operations to/fro Srinagar have been suspended for today (Nov 08, 2019). For any assistance, we are just a DM away."
