‘The Love Is Always Louder’: Amid rumours around Vijay, Trisha responds with cryptic Instagram post
Actor Trisha responds to online trolling after attending Vijay’s swearing-in ceremony as Tamil Nadu Chief Minister. Her Instagram post and viral blue saree look spark fresh buzz online
PTC Web Desk: Actor Trisha Krishnan appeared unfazed by online criticism following her attendance at actor-turned-politician Vijay’s swearing-in ceremony in Chennai on Sunday. Responding indirectly to the trolling, the actor shared a series of pictures from the event on Instagram with the caption, “The love is always louder,” along with a blue heart emoji.
The post quickly grabbed attention on social media, especially after several users questioned Trisha’s presence at the high-profile political event. Discussions also intensified online over the absence of Vijay’s estranged wife Sangeetha and their children during the ceremony, further fuelling speculation surrounding the actor’s personal life.
For the occasion, Trisha wore a teal Kanjeevaram saree paired with an embroidered beige blouse detailed with gold work. She completed the traditional look with ruby and diamond jewellery, jasmine flowers adorning her neatly tied bun and subtle makeup. Her styling for the event was handled by Eka Lakhani and Harshene Ravichandar.
Videos from the ceremony showed Trisha greeting Vijay’s family members warmly before taking her seat in the front row. She was also seen applauding as Vijay took oath as the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu.
Vijay’s political outfit, Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam, registered a major electoral victory by winning 108 Assembly seats. The result marked a significant shift in Tamil Nadu politics, ending decades of dominance by the DMK and AIADMK.
Trisha has publicly supported Vijay’s political journey in recent months. Earlier this month, she visited Tirupati temple on her birthday and later reportedly visited Vijay’s residence in Chennai as election results began favouring TVK.
The two stars have shared screen space in several successful Tamil films and remain one of the most popular on-screen pairs in South Indian cinema. However, their frequent public appearances together have continued to spark rumours about their relationship, especially after reports emerged that Vijay’s wife had filed for divorce after nearly three decades of marriage.
Neither Vijay nor Trisha has addressed the rumours publicly. Yet, Trisha’s appearance at the oath-taking ceremony, and her response to the criticism that followed has once again placed the actor at the centre of online conversation.
