CHANDIGARH, DECEMBER 24: The Punjab Governor and Administrator, Chandigarh, Mr. V.P. Singh Badnore extended his greetings to the people of Punjab and Chandigarh, on the joyous occasion of Christmas, the birth of Jesus Christ.
