Bollywood star Sonu Sood gives Rs 1.5 lakh to martyr Jaimal Singh family
Bollywood actor Sonu Sood donated Rs 1.5 lakh to the family of martyr Jaimal Singh on Wednesday. He was a Head Constable who was killed in a suicide bomb attack in Pulwama on February 14. He visited Jaimal Singh’s home in Galoti village in Moga. He expressed his sympathies with the bereaved family.
The Bollywood actor handed over a cheque of Rs 1.5 lakh to the martyr’s family. He also said that the sacrifice of Jaimal Singh’s will not go in vain. While briefing the media, Sonu Sood said he was disturbed by the terror attack on CRPF convoy. He wanted to do something for the families of CRPF. That is why he decided to donate money to the family of martyr Jaimal Singh.
Jaimal Singh’s mother Sukhwinder Kaur said that she was very proud of her son. He sacrificed himself for the nation. She also said that she was satisfied with India’s befitting reply through Surgical Air Strikes.

Sonu’s sister Malavika, and other famous personalities of the film industry- Gautam, Abhi and Gagandeep Mittal were also present.
