BSF seizes Heroin worth Rs 15 crore in Ferozepur
The Border Security Force (BSF) jawans on Saturday seizes heroin with an estimated market value of Rs 15 crore from Indo-Pakistan border in Ferozepur.

BSF jawans who were on duty found five packets of heroin near the border. A search operation was launched by the BSF after some suspicious movements were seen near the border fence.

In 2018, the BSF had seized near 230 kg of heroin along the Indo-Pakistan border. Following which, the BSF had been ordered to maintain extra vigil on the border to eliminate the smugglers and their activity.
