CBI files chargesheet against former CM Bhupinder Singh Hooda
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Saturday filed chargesheet against former Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda and senior Congress leader AJL case : CBI files chargesheet against former CM Bhupinder Singh HoodaMotilal Vora in special CBI court in Panchkula.
The chargesheet was filed under sections 120 B and 420 and Sections 13 (I) and 13 (2) of prevention of corruption act against former CM for abusing his position and realloting a land to Associated Journals Ltd in Panchkula in 2005.

As per allegations, former CM Bhupinder Singh Hooda , who was then Chairman Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) had re allotted the land to AJL in 2005 at original rates plus interest.
