Chandigarh administration releases list of holidays for 2021
Chandigarh administration has issued a list of holidays for the year 2021. The Home Department said in a notification that the holidays enumerated in the schedule would be observed Public holidays in the Union Territory.
Likewise, the Chandigarh administration has released a list of holidays in the government offices for the calendar year 2021.

Besides the public holidays for the Union Territory and government offices, each employee will be also be permitted during 2021 to avail himself/herself any of two holidays to be chosen by him/her of Restricted holidays.

Recently, the Punjab government had also issued a notification regarding the public holidays and restricted holidays for the calendar year 2021.
