Exit Polls 2022: BJP, Congress neck and neck in Uttarakhand
Early exit poll results for the Uttarakhand Assembly elections, in which 70 Assembly constituencies had gone to the polls last month, indicate a drop in the seat share for the Bharatiya Janata Party, predicting a close battle with the Congress.

Times Now-Veto projected a BJP majority with the party winning 37 out of 70 seats, the ABP-CVoter projections meanwhile, indicated that Congress may grab 32-38 seats, and Zee News-DesignBoxed predicted 35-40 seats for Congress.
Held on 14 February, the Uttarakhand Assembly elections saw a 62.5 percent voter turnout across the 13 districts. The votes will be counted on 10 March.
The elections are expected to be a bipolar battle between the incumbent Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the Opposition Congress, with the Aam Aadmi Party looking to make some headway in the state.
India Today-Axis My India Projects 44% Vote Share for BJP, 40% for Congress
The India Today-Axis My India exit poll has predicted 44 per cent of the total vote share for BJP in Uttarakhand, with 36-46 seats. The Congress could get 40 per cent, bagging anywhere between 20-30 seats, followed by the BSP with 0-2 seats.
The Assembly elections in five states came to an end today after the seventh and final phase of polling in Uttar Pradesh. The election results for Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Goa and Manipur will be declared on March 10.
Over 81 lakh voters decided the fate of 632 candidates in Uttarakhand on February 15. It was the fifth assembly election after the state's creation in 2000.
