Bahadurgarh Mahapanchayat: As farmers' protest at Delhi borders entered its 79th day, the farmer leader Dr. Darshan Pal announced that the farmers will hold a 'Paidal march' to Delhi from across the nation. While addressing the Mahapanchayat in Bahadurgarh, the farmer leader Darshan Pal stated that the farmers will soon hold a 'Paidal March' to Delhi from across the country. The farmers have been protesting against three contentious laws i.e. Farmers (Empowerment and Protection) Agreement on Price Assurance and Farm Services Act, 2020, Farmers’ Produce Trade and Commerce (Promotion and Facilitation) Act, 2020, and Essential Commodities (Amendment) Act, 2020. -PTC News
