Fire Breaks Out in Paper Factory in Delhi A major fire broke out in the basement of a paper factory in Delhi. The fire broke out in Dilshad garden area at around 2 pm. Delhi Chief Fire Officer told the media that 15 fire engines were sent to the spot to douse the fire. No causality has been reported so far.
