Haryana Covid Guidelines: As the number of daily cases in India dropped, the Haryana government on Tuesday announced to reopen schools for junior classes. Schools in Haryana are now permitted to hold offline lectures for classes 1 to 9, starting February 10.

The decision by the Haryana government came days after calls to resume junior classes with a union of private school owners stating that if the government does not open schools for all classes from February 7, they will start offline classes on their own. Earlier, the government has reopened the schools for classes 10 to 12 from February 1. The announcement was made by state Education Minister Kanwar Pal on January 25. Vacations over!
