Indian Idol 12 Winner: Pawandeep Rajan is season winner, takes home Rs 25 lakh
Indian Idol 12 Winner: Uttarakhand's Pawandeep Rajan has won the Indian Idol 2021. Pawandeep lifted the winner's trophy and also bagged the cash prize of Rs 25 lakh.
Arunita Kanjilal and Sayli Kamble were runners-up of the 12th season. Pawandeep Rajan was announced as the Indian Idol 12 winner on Sunday's grand finale episode. Pawandeep's family joined him on the show and were happy at his win in Indian Idol 2021.

Pawandeep was known for his impressive performances. He gave his melodious voices to hit Bollywood songs. His romantic angle with co-contestant Arunita Kanjilal also brought charm to the show.

He has earlier said that Indian Idol was a platform that respects artists.
He had added that he was upset about leaving the show. "The show was our new home," he said, adding that it felt like if it came yesterday only.
During the finale episode, Kiara Advani, Sidharth Malhotra, The Great Khali, and others were the guests. Meanwhile, Sonu Kakkar filled in for her sister Neha Kakkar as the judge. Likewise, Himesh Reshammiya, Vishal Dadlani, and others joined the show with Anu Malik.
The final episode was hosted by host Aditya Narayana and also Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiyaa.
