India’s first Glass Skywalk is perched high above mountains in Sikkim's Pelling
First Glass Skywalk in India: Our very own Sikkim features a spectacular glass Skywalk polled above the mist-clad mountains of Pelling. The Sikkim Skywalk was inaugurated in 2018 and since then it has been drawing thousands of tourists.
The first Glass Skywalk in Sikkim, India, is enclosed by the lofty Himalayas and it overlooks the 137-feet tall marvellous statue of Chenrezig.

The Chenrezig statue in Pelling is the fourth giant- size statue in Sikkim. It gives a sensational view of the Chenrezig statue and therefore the stairs that initiate there to is casted with golden prayer wheels on each side.

This beast of a walk allows visitors to see down several thousand feet within the air. You get to scan everything right down to rock bottom of the mountain. This walkway isn't for the fainthearted, or anyone who has vertigo.

The skywalk in Pelling also allows tourists to catch the sight of Teesta and Rangit rivers flowing close by.
