On Monday, Pakistan invited foreign missions in Islamabad to visit areas along the LoC in an effort to deny India’s claim of having destroyed terror launch pads and Pakistan Army posts in Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir (PoK).
India reportedly launched artillery attacks on terror launch pads in Jura, Athmuqam and Kundalsahi in PoK on Sunday. Army Chief General Bipin Rawat said another terror camp was severely damaged and the retaliation inflicted heavy damages to the Pakistan side. He said six to 10 terrorist has been killed.
India resorted to artillery firing in retaliation to Pakistan’s repeated infiltration and unprovoked firing across the Line of Control (LoC). Pakistan denied India’s claims and invited foreign diplomats to observe the situation.
